Tomato curry

Ingredients

  • 800g tomatoes
  • 200g chickpeas
  • Spinaches
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • Curry paste

Steps

  1. in a hot pan, temper the spices
  2. add the chopped tomatoes with 100ml of water
  3. simmer for ~10 mins
  4. add chickpeas and the spinaches
  5. simmer for another ~10 mins

Serve with rice
