Tomato curry
Ingredients
- 800g tomatoes
 - 200g chickpeas
 - Spinaches
 - 2 cloves of garlic,
 - Curry paste
 
Steps
- in a hot pan, temper the spices
 - add the chopped tomatoes with 100ml of water
 - simmer for ~10 mins
 - add chickpeas and the spinaches
 - simmer for another ~10 mins
 
Serve with rice
