Shrimp tartare

Ingredients: (2 persons)

  • ~15 shrimps
  • a bunch of cilantro
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 lime (juice+zest)
  • 1 green jalapeño
  • 10cl olive oil
  • radish and cucumber


Green sauce: In a blender, put the jalapeño, cilantro, garlic, lime juice and the olive oil. Blend until the texture looks smooth. This part can also be done with a hand blender.

Cut the shrimps in half, remove the digestive tract (dark part).

In a plate, spread the sauce and add the shrimp.

Cover with some radish, cucumber, Espelette pepper and lime zest
