Poke bowl

Ingredients: (per person)

  • carrot
  • 1/2 avocado
  • salmon
  • mango
  • rice (50 - 60g)
  • edamame
  • sesame seeds

Salmon Marination

  1. dice the salmon
  2. add the juice of 2 lemons (green)
  3. soy sauce

Rest for 30min to 1 hour. If you marinate it for longer, the salmon will start to cook itself in the marinade.

  • purple cabbage
  • cucumber
  • mango can be replaced with pineapple
  • raw cashews
