Poke bowl
Ingredients: (per person)
- carrot
- 1/2 avocado
- salmon
- mango
- rice (50 - 60g)
- edamame
- sesame seeds
Salmon Marination
- dice the salmon
- add the juice of 2 lemons (green)
- soy sauce
Rest for 30min to 1 hour. If you marinate it for longer, the salmon will start to cook itself in the marinade.
